👋 Say Hello the Right Way:
When meeting someone for the first time, here are the phrases you’ll want to master:
🔹 안녕하세요. (Annyeonghaseyo.) – Hello (formal)
🔹 안녕. (Annyeong.) – Hi/Bye (casual)
Use this only with friends or people younger than you.
🗣️ How to Say Your Name:
When introducing yourself:

🔹 저는 [Name]이에요/예요. (Jeoneun [Name] ieyo/yeyo.) – I’m [Name].
Use 이에요 if your name ends in a consonant, and 예요 if it ends in a vowel.
Example:
저는 사라예요. (I’m Sarah.)
제 이름은 민준입니다. (My name is Minjun.)
🌍 Say Where You’re From:
🔹 저는 [country] 사람입니다. (Jeoneun [country] saramimnida.) – I’m from [country].
Examples:
저는 튀니지 사람이에요. – I’m from Tunisia.
저는 미국 사람이에요. – I’m from the U.S.
🤝 Nice to Meet You:
🔹 처음 뵙겠습니다. (Cheoeum boepgetseumnida.) – Nice to meet you (formal & polite).
🔹 만나서 반가워요. (Mannaseo bangawoyo.) – Nice to meet you.
